CrossFit Lunch

Don't have much time and want a quick workout you can do during your lunch break, between classes, while your kids nap in the stroller or are at school? Sign up for CrossFit Light classes.

It's a great way to start with CrossFit for those who haven't exercised much or have limited time. During these sessions, you'll learn the basics of CrossFit, get acquainted with this branch of health and fitness, and learn proper movement techniques.

Time: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays at 12:00 PM.
