In training, we learn correct movement and enjoy our time exercising! The goal of the workouts is to learn to move in various ways: running, jumping, overcoming obstacles, crawling, pulling up, doing push-ups, handstands, cartwheels, squatting correctly, lifting, carrying. We pay great attention to mobility, flexibility, and balance. And, of course, we don't forget games—games, relays, and teamwork are crucial parts of our workouts.

Coach Dalia started her journey with sports from a young age, practicing judo. In this sport, she learned valuable moral values: courage, sincerity, self-discipline, friendship, respect. She continues to guide her coaching with these values in mind. It's important to her that athletes understand not only the benefits of movement but also the joy it brings. Smiles and a positive attitude during training are the greatest recognition and encouragement.

Training sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
