Intro Course

This is an excellent choice for those who not only want to exercise but also want to delve deeper into technique and the theoretical aspects of movement execution. During the course, the main focus is on learning movements, getting acquainted with the CrossFit terminology, and discovering your strengths and weaknesses in technique. It's a time when trainers answer questions in much more detail than in regular workouts, and the pace of the workouts is not as intensive. After the course, it's much easier to integrate into regular workouts. This is a recommended starting point for people who haven't trained with free weights, haven't encountered the basics of weightlifting and gymnastics, or simply want to try CrossFit.

During the course, we learn: gymnastics (proper positions, pull-ups, push-ups, rope climbing, and other techniques) and weightlifting (variations of presses, pulls, squats). Over three weeks (6 sessions), athletes learn more than 20 fundamental movements.
